Zombieland Writers Working On Deadpool movie
Posted January 7 2010
Now if you remember we had the early scoop on the Deadpool movie (how they're going away from
that guy in Wolverine: Origins and staying true to the comics), well we have some great info for you guys out there. Even
though they made it obvious that Weapon XI was Wade in the movie, they never outright said it which will be explained in the
"comic" book adaptation. Last we heard that a script was being started, but we didn't know who until now. Rhett Reese and
Paul Wernick of Zombieland have both been confirmed as writing the script. We also know that since Ryan Reynolds will reprise
his role as Wade Wilson and since he's also doing Green Lantern and returning in Wolverine 2 as well as X-Men: First Class,
the Deadpool movie will not release until those 3 projects are finished first. You're just going to have to get your DP fix
from the Merc With A Mouth series....It's a comic book. Read dammit.
Hardwood Classic Air Max Lebron VII
Posted January 7 2010
Ok now I didn't report the all cool grey VIIs nor did I talk about the Dunkmans, but the HWC
(Hardwood Classics) that LJ (I'm going to start calling him that just because) wore last night were just flat out gorgeous.
The HWC colorway is just nice in general, but the patent leather with the wine and yellow just looked great. No word on a
release yet, but it would be a flat out crime if Nike doesn't release these. We'll keep you posted with info as always.
Gilbert Arenas' New Friend
Posted January 5 2010
With all the Nike puppet commercials in honor of Lil' Penny, why don't other players have little
friends? Well Gilbert Arenas now has one just in time for his birthday tomorrow (January 6th). Well...He actually said make
me one or he was pulling out the heater....Ok that was a joke Gil, don't hurt me. Just check out the video.
ESPN Goes 3D In 2010
Posted January 5 2010
With all of these huge movie releases in 3D, what's stopping us from watching
TV that way? Better yet, what's stopping us from watching sporting events that way? Apparently nothing according to ESPN.
Starting in June of 2010 with the first FIFA World Cup match, ESPN will do a total of 85 events in 3D the first year. Other
events will include the 2011 BCS National Championship Game, various college basketball and football games, and the Summer
X Games. You will need a 3d HDTV (they're out there, but expect more anouncements in the upcoming weeks) and of course those
corny 3D glasses. We really are living in the future.
The Boondocks Season 3 Set For March
Posted January 4 2010
We've been waiting a long time for this and even though screenshots are all over the web,
Aaron McGruder (the creator people come on) hinted that the highly acclaimed series is making it's return this March. Yes
we still have to wait, but at least we have a time frame. Check out what the man himself said below:
History - Mos Def Ft. Talib Kweli Video
Posted January 4 2010
The latest video from Mos' The Ecstatic album just happens to be one of my favorites off
the album (there were many) so I was excited to see this. Directed by Coodie and Chike and done quite well I might add.
Joe Budden Debuts New Song and Confirms MM4
Posted January 3 2010
At a recent show, Joey decided to give the fans a new song which was more than enough. Then
after the show confirms Mood Muzik 4 for a fan. For those of you not too fond with Mr Budden, sorry. Those of you who are,
I know you're looking forward to these. Thought I'd include the video below in case some of you didn't want to take my word
even though my track record is excellent:
Eternal Reflection The Re:Union Mixtape
Posted January 3 2010
Hey remember these guys? Yes Kweli and Hi-Tek are finally back to help the music world out.
Hosted and mixed by Statik Selektah and featuring guest appearances by Mos Def, Jay Electronica, J Cole, Royce Da 5'9, Styles
P, Erykah Badu plus more. Obviously there is new material, but the mixtape takes you back to some of Kweli's and Hi-tek's
earliest material together and seperately. There's 30 tracks so don't worry about having to search for new songs. Seeing as
how I've been slacking on keeping you guys up to date, it's only right that I give you guys a late Xmas present so here's
the mixtape below....for free!! Ok it's not much of a present, but I will be stepping it up to keep the info coming. Enjoy.
After a quiet success in his first signature series, Kevin Durant and Nike are back with the
second installment in the line. You might have already seen KD rocking these, but the word is that they will be released early
this month at the Nike Hong Kong Basketball store and of course HOHs here in the US. You can see the difference between the
smooth and pebbled nubuck and why people are starting to take notice. Even thought Leo Chang designed the shoe, it was Durant's
love for the Flight Dunk Hoop and Air Yeezy that inspired the strap. Retail is $85 and with no confirmed release date, be
sure to be on the look out as these could be the next step in basketball sneaker history.
Clash Of The Titans Trailer

Between this and Iron Man 2 releasing in March next year, movie lovers everywhere should be
ecstatic. I really shouldn't need to explain this classic remake. Just check out the trailer below:
HWC Air Max Lebron VII
Posted December 15 2009
Now I don't if you've noticed the Lebron VII and Kobe V, but they are both the talk of
the basketball shoe world right now. Lebron has had many of his signature series in this colorway to support those old
throwback Cavs jerseys from the Craig Ehlo days. The VII is no different and with the patent leather toe, orange air unit,
orange flywire and orange blue nubuck upper with satin collar it's no suprise that these are being said to be the best colorway
yet. While there is no release date for them, every pair before has found a way to come out so we can only hope. Hey, aren't
those Knicks colors too?
Sam Adams Utopia

Yes you read that right....Sam Adams. For the most courageous beer drinker comes Sam Adams

DJ AM Nike Dunk High
Posted December 1 2009
Here we see the first look at the collaboration between Nike and the late DJ AM. Black patent
leather and premium red leather make up most of the shoe, but it's the details that really make the shoe. If you look at the
heel, you'll see 4 rows of preforated holes and of course there's DJ AM's logo on the tongue. While there is no word on a
release, we can only wait and hope.
Stephen King Doing The Shining Sequel
Posted November 25 2009
At a recent Q&A for his new book Under the Dome, King revealed that he had already started
working on Doctor Sleep, the sequel to the 1980 horror film based on his book. King was wondering whatever happened to Danny
Torrance of The Shining, who when readers last saw him was recovering from his ordeal at the Overlook Hotel at a resort in
Maine with fellow survivors Wendy Torrance and chef Dick Halloran (who dies in the Kubrick film version). King remarked that
though he ended his 1977 novel on a positive note, the Overlook was bound to have left young Danny with a lifetime’s
worth of emotional scars. What Danny made of those traumatic experiences, and with the psychic powers that saved him from
his father at the Overlook, is a question that King believes might make a damn fine sequel.
Cinemin Swivel Portable Projector
Posted November 25 2009
Forget a portable TV, you can now travel with your projector in your pocket. The retail tag
of $300 is well worth it as it uses DLP projection technology to display a screen up to 60 inches in size on nearly
any surface. Features include 480x320 resolution, a rechargeable battery good for over two hours of use, included international
power adapters, and a 90-degree swiveling design that removes the need for a mount or tripod. Click the link below to pick
one up off of Amazon:
Marqueesole has again given us an early look and this time at the new white/red LeBron VII.
The biggest thing here is that these are listed as "NFW" which means they don't have the flywire as the original and other
releases, but a weave pattern similar to those Red Carpet VIIs set to re-release on December 3rd. No confirmed date has been
set, but we do know we will see these in early 2010.
Nike Air Force 1 Premium Red/Light Bone
Posted November 24 2009
Calling all AF1 fans, I know how an all red shoe gets to you guys....I mean us so I'm looking
forward to these. An all premium leather upper with small flurries of "snow" on the tongue indicate that these should
be a holiday release. No word on a confirmed release, but stay checking back and with your local Nike accounts for more
info. A big thanks to Dunk for the pics.
Mother Lover Zoom Kobe IV Sample
Posted November 19 2009
With the recent release of the home and away gradient Zoom Kobe IV, we thought Nike was done.
What you're drooling over now is a pair of sample Kobe's that have just the internet. While we see a gradient pattern on these,
the aqua mixed with lava speckles really make these a head-turner. Don't hold your breath for a release, but at least your
eyes get to enjoy them. Thanks to SneakerVault of ISS and RunnerUpClothing.com for blessing us with the pic. We'll keep you
guys informed as more info is reveiled.
Nike Zoom Kobe IV Finals MVP Special Edition
Posted November 18 2009
We all saw the ZKIV Finals Away joints, but after Kobe won his 4th championship Nike went
back and made 8 pairs of a very special version just for the occasion. Now while it looks like the same shoe, Nike ended up
adding a lasered Kobe/MVP suitcase with a medal of authenticity inside, wooden Kobe shoe trees, and the Away Finals Nike Zoom
Kobe IV with an added Gold Kobe logo hit by the toe. Sorry folks, but these won't be releasing. That's why their special.

Ok now Warner Bros are the ones distributing Ninja Assassin and now they want Korean pop star
Rain to play Bruce Lee in Awaken The Dragon, the remake of Enter The Dragon. Most people believe that Rain has the talent
and physical presence to pull this off, but Warner Bros wants to sit back and see how North America reacts to Rain in a major
role in Ninja Assassin. Remember he was in Speed Racer, but now we'll see if he can carry a movie on his own.

Air Jordan 2010 Unveiled
Posted November 12 2009
After so many months of seeing sketches and samples, the final product has finally been revealed
publically. We all know D Wade signed with Jordan earlier this year so it seemed natural for him to be there and announce
that he would be wearing them this season. Now these do have some familiar specs like most new jordans, but the transparent
circle in the middle is definitely a newbie. An uneven collar giving the medial side more support and an underlying lacing
system give these a classic while modern feel to the Jordan line. Retail will be $170 and they will drop February 13, 2010,
but don't be mad if Wade gets his first.
The JGoods Sneaker Customization Kit
Posted November 10 2009
It doesn't matter if you're an experienced customizer or just starting to give your sneaks
that personal touch, JGoods has put together the ultimate kit. Now the kit does include all the necessary brushes and swabs
to do pretty much anything, the technique is the only thing not included. The kit retails at $45 so click the link below to

Flowers for Algernon is already an award-winning book so it's only natural that a movie adaptation
(another one) come through since no one in Hollywood has any original ideas left. Will Smith is attached to star in the adpatation
as Charlie, a mentally handicapped man who volunteers for an experiment that would make him smart. The experiment was a success,
but he becomes super smart but that it came at a price. The 1959 novel earned Cliff Robertson Best Actor for the same film
in 1969 that was titled Charly. I guess we'll see if Will gets the same success.
Mos Def, Curren$y and Jay Electronica are Center Edge Territory
Posted November 6 2009
The title really says it all. It really just took being in the right place at the right time,
but it now appears that Mighty Mos, Spitta, and Jay are teaming to do a whole album together. Mos and Jay were already good
friends and while doing projects for Dame Dash's spot (DD172), these guys all fused together and instantly went to work.
The group has already finished 6 records, but do not have any solid plans for when the entire album will be released. Working
so hard, Curren$y even made a video for Life Under The Scope. Check it out until we can hear more from the group:
Knoll x Vans Mountain Edition SS 2010

For Vans' teamed up with Knoll textiles for the latest collabo to do a shoe geared just for
mountain biking. The Mountain LX edition is made with the most durable materials to ensure the best performance possible when

uppers while you can see the leather patch on the lateral sides of the midpanel. Look for these to drop sometime in April
of 2010.
Stewie Griffin Lebron VI PE
Posted November 2 2009
Even though the Lebron VII just dropped, I need you to feast your eyes on these. These crazy
Lebron VIs were inspired by Stewie Griffin from the animated series Family Guy created by Seth McFarlane. A rediculous amount
of detail was thrown into these from the clear soles to Stewie's eyes hidden behind the tongue. These are strictly samples
and were given to Lebron himself with of course a few pairs floating around. Don't expect these to ever release, but at least
you can enjoy looking at them. Check out more pics below:

In association
with Audi, the guys at MIT have designed an Affective Intelligent Driving Agent (AIDA). will not be the ultimate backseat
driver, but will be lodged into upcoming Audi dashboards. Not only does the robot entity direct you, it will give you tips
on driving if you're not doing things properly (why I won't be buying an Audi), and even show emotional expressions.
Obviously it will be able to talk so the idea
is to be the perfect road trip buddy if you don't have any friends. Within a week of driving, AIDA will have figured out your
home and work location. Soon afterwards the system will be able to direct you to your preferred grocery store, suggesting
a route that avoids a street fair-induced traffic jam. On the way AIDA might recommend a stop to fill up your tank, upon noticing
that you are getting low on gas. No word on when Audi will release a model, but I'm sure they will market the hell out of
it.
New Air Max 90 ID Options Available
Posted October 30 2009
As the seasons change, NIKEID often changes what models you can customize and will switch
around what colors and patterns you can use. The hands down biggest change is the addition of "Huf quake" print aka the cracked
leather print. It can be used on the overlay and mudguard sections of the AM90 and can compliment some of the
new darker winter colors along with the already bright options. If you're an Air Max fan, this is something you don't want
to miss.
Men In Black 3
Posted October 30 2009
Doesn't really matter what the story is, we already know if this movie happens that it will
make money. It looks like Etan Cohen (who wrote Tropic Thunder) has been hired to write a script for the third installment
in the series while Barry Sonnenfeld (who directed the first two) is apparently already attached to the film. Rumors are now
that Tommy Lee Jones may not even be featured, but the real question people want to know is if Will Smith will sign on to
the picture. He has no other movies lined up so it is a possibility and will probably determine the amount of money the movie
will bring in. We'll keep you updated as always as the news pours in.
The Motorola Droid
Posted October 29 2009
If you've seen those commercials taking shots at the iPhone, then you might have seen Motorola's
Droid which originally was supposed to never release. Verizon's newest phone will hopefully rival the iPhone with specs like
Google Maps Navigation, a 3.7-inch 480x854 touch screen, a 5 megapixel camera and more. Although they have a nice marketing
campaign, I doubt this will stand beside or even close to Apple's iPhone. Then again, guess which phone I have. As the commercials
state, look for the phone to hit retailers November 6th.
Smokin' Aces 2: Assassin's Ball
Posted October 29 2009
Nothing is sacred when it comes to Hollywood making movies and nothing is off limits when
it comes to sequels and remakes. The Smokin' Aces 2 trailer just hit the net and it seems the plot revolves around Walter
Weed (Tom Berenger) is an unassuming desk jockey at the FBI when the Bureau uncovers a plot to assassinate him. A team of
degenerate, psychotic assassins dispatched by mystery man Hal Leuco to win a huge bounty includes a resourceful beauty who
has a unique method of killing her prey (Martha Higareda), a power-tool wielding psychopath (Jones) and a deadly master of
disguise (Tommy Flanagan). Also in the hunt is the fan-favorite Tremor family from the original film, featuring nymphomaniacal
gun-nut (Autumn Reeser) and her lethal kinfolk (Maury Sterling, Michael Parks and C. Ernst Harth). Baker (Clayne Crawford),
the agent in charge of the operation, puts himself and his team in the line of fire to defend Weed, but it’s not until
the smoke clears on the film’s explosive climax that the surprising identity of the plot’s mastermind is revealed.
Check out the trailer below.
Lil Dez Big Nike High QK Now Available
Posted October 27 2009
With the NBA tipping off today (and of course the Laker ring ceremony), Nike did it big in

Air Jordan (Noctilucence) 2010 Sock Collection
Posted October 23 2009
For the 25th anniversary, Jordan x Nike are going to be releasing a whole sock line

of the shoe on the sock) sold and how people went crazy over collecting them. Check out some of them below:
Dreamworks To Adapt Ghost In The Shell
Posted October 23 2009
It looks like another classic masterpiece anime will be converted into a live-action movie
courtesy of Dreamworks. They have hired Laeta Kalogridis to adapt the Ghost In The Shell manga into a futuristic live-action
3D movie. Apparently the project had been scrapped when Steven Speilberg tried to make a go at it, but it seems there's still
some life left. I'm hoping that executives in Hollywood start coming up with original ideas (or at least different) instead
of trying to remake everything. When they've run out of movies to remake and reboot, it seems they'll turn to anime's for
more ideas.
Bruce Willis Signs On To Kane & Lynch
Posted October 22 2009
Producers Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter have spilled the beans as these guys are constantly
working on video game/movie adaptations and it seems that Bruce Willis has signed on to the movie version of the 2007 game.
Now the game was basically a duo shooting everything possible and I can't think of anybody better to kick ass than Bruce.
There's no word yet on who will play Lynch (Kane's sidekick), but rumors are that a British actor is in negotiations.
Disney Store Japan x Vans Sk8 Hi
Posted October 22 2009
Vans gives us yet another pair of collabo sneaks and this times it's with Disney Store Japan
with these Sk8 Hi's. We're going to dub this "Mickey print" since the silhouette of the mouse's body is printed in different
in multiple colors throughout the shoe. A white leather strip runs through the print and while a suede toe area takes care
of the front, pink lining holds down the inside. These are currently available at Disney Stores in Japan and if that doesn't
make you feel bad enough, check out the matching bag that comes with them.
Kanye West's We Were Once A Fairytale
Posted by October 21 2009
We know how Kanye has an obvious talent for being over the top and very dramatic, so him debuting
his short film entitled "We Were Once A Fairytale" was not too crazy for people to understand. What was crazy was the
film itself. Spike Jonze (who directed "Where The Wild Things Are") was asked to direct and if Kanye wanted something
that would make people think, he definitely did that. While people on forums and blogs everywhere have mixed feelings, we
leave you guys to check out the video and form your own opinion. A lot of videos out there on YouTube and such are not the
full version, but here's the full version so you don't have to check out seperate parts to piece together. Check it out:
Forget those glasses that look like wood, Shywood Sunglasses are handcrafted from actual wood.
They're available in two styles, the ones above and a more square Govy design. Not only can you pick which wood and what lenses
to have them made with, but you can even have special engravings placed on the sides (the feature will be added in the next
few weeks). Definitely worth the $95 price tag.
Jaime Foxx To Do Mike Tyson Bio
Posted October 10 2009
We saw how good Foxx portrayed Ray Charles in the biography Ray, now we should
expect more good things as he and director Taylor Hackford reunite to do the story of former heavyweight boxing
champion Mike Tyson. Foxx isn't small, but he obviously has to bulk up for this to get that vicious bulldog look that Mike
had back in the day. Production has not yet started so there's no word on a release date.
Ninja Scroll Movie Scheduled For 2011
Posted October 10 2009
Yes it now appears that the anime classic is being done into a live-action movie set to release
in 2011 and I can say I'm excited for this. For those who are not familiar with the film, it takes place in feudal era Japan as a
ninja fights eight demonic warriors in order to protect his country. I highly recommend any action fan check out the original
anime first and foremost, but it looks as if the remake will stick very close to the original. There is no
word on the cast yet, but just that Alex Tse is signed on to do the screenplay. He did the screenplays for Tales of the Black
Freighter and Watchmen so we already know that he is talented at converting a graphic novel into a movie and that
is good news for those who want to see this movie live up to its expectations.
Nike Air Royal Mid QS Workboot

Nike Sportswear has taken the average workboot and morphed it into a smooth Nike creation

Curren$y's Jet Files Out Now
Posted October 9 2009
Old news for those Curren$y fans out there, but if you haven't heard of him then you definitely
need to catch up. Amalgam Digital just released his digital-only album "Jet Files" on the 6th and it appears to have lived
up to the hype. "Jet Files", which is a prelude to the forthcoming "Grand Scheme of Things," is already at AD's top selling
spot beating out Slaughterhouse and Saigon. This album also let Curren$y show off his lyrical work while working
with producers such as Ced Hughes, Big Chop, Nesby Phips as well as Amalgam Digital’s in-house producer Whitey. Click

We've seen ratchets and lights on shoes, but never built in warmers. Well not until now at
least. Columbia's new Bugathermo boots will keep your feet extra warm, as they use built-in rechargeable batteries to heat
them up for 4-8 hours straight. The side display shows you how much power is left so you know when they need recharging and
probably isn't recommended to wear to the beach. These are out now and carry a hefty price tag of $250. Click the link below
to check them out on Columbia's official page:
We found early last week that the Powder IXs would make their return and it looks like JB
isn't done yet. Pics courtesy of theshoegame.com now tell us that Nike and Jordan plan to retro the Air Jordan 1 Knock Out's
for the first time since the original release. They are the joints on the right and if you look close, you'll notice the shoe
is all canvas like the original versions. It also looks like they're going to do a white/red version as well, both with a
retail price tag of $125. All I can say is sorry to the collectors who have an original pair. Look for these to hit retailers
Summer of 2010.
Slaughterhouse Back On Tour
Posted September 28 2009
If you didn't already know, Tech N9ne asked Slaughterhouse to go on a
national tour that would do 46 shows. Check Mr. Ortiz in The Grandiose's Official Slaughterhouse Tee. A lot of people slept
on the black version he wore in Atlanta, don't sleep on the red that they specifically asked for. The K.O.D. tour (for Tech
N9ne's upcoming album that drops October 27th) will start October 1st and end November 21st.
Zoom Kobe IV 4 Rings
Posted September 28 2009
Nike already had two gradient laker-colored Kobe IVs in the works and they now have added
this colorway to the lineup after the hype around the "4 Rings Tee" that sold so well. The shoes, like the tee, has the muppet
hand of the commercial puppets on the inside of the tongue with 4 rings for Kobe's 4 championships. Now while there is no
release date yet, expect these to drop soon since Nike is working on releasing the Kobe V in December. Thanks goes to Kix-Files.com
for supplying the pic.
Introduction of The Nike Vunk
Posted September 28 2009
Say hello to another fusion folks. Seeing as how the Nike Dunk and Air Max 95 have such famous
design patterns, somebody thought it would be a good idea to fuse them since that seems to be the new fad over at Nike. The
overall shape, forefoot upper and soles are straight from the Dunk while the classic layered gradient along the side of the
uppers is from the 95. These are only expected to ever be a Grade School release so we'll see how the kiddos and small-footed
people react to these. Word is they are out now at your local Finish Line and have a retail price tag of $60.
The Other Guys
Posted September 28 2009
Here are just some screenshots from the upcoming cop comedy The Other Guys. I know you see
Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell, and Damon Wayans Jr in these, but Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, Rob Riggle and Eva
Mendes also join the cast. Here's what Adam McKay, the director, had to say about the film:
“Basically the idea is that you have your star cops of New York City, picture
like a Bruce Willis and Mel Gibson-type pair,” McKay explained. They’re the guys who get all the car chases, all
the girls. But this is the story of the guys in the desk next to them, the other guys. …The premise is you have the
stud cops in New York City, and the other cops are the wannabes who want to be the stud cops,” he explained. “So
Ferrell and Wahlberg have another pair of cops who are competing with them to be the stars".
Mighty Crown x Nike Sportswear Dynasty High Premium
Posted September 26 2009
These should sound familiar if you actually remember the Mighty Crown Dunk High and
Court Force Low that released 3 years ago in 2006. Today, Mighty Crown, the first Japanese sound to get a World Clash trophy, unveiled their new collaboration project
with Nike Sportswear. First introduced as a basketball shoe in 1981, the Nike Dynasty High will make it's return
next year as part of the Spring 2010 collection, but not before a special version is done. This Mighty Crown edition is specially
made up for the 15th Anniversary of Mighty Crown Yokohama Reggae Festival. Big thanks to Kix-Files.com for the pics and they
also have them up for pre-order if you want to secure your pair right now.
Want To Be A Jetpack Test Pilot?
Posted September 24 2009
An eBay auction (ending in roughly 9 hours) is offering the chance to be a part of Martin
Jetpack's first public test pilot program. You simply need a drivers license, be over 18 years of age, under 198 lbs and have
a spare $35,000 lying around. Did that last one get you? It is very steep since the estimated value of the Jetpack will be
$100,000 when it goes on sale. More a personal helicopter than a Jetpack (its lift is driven by two ducted fans), it can theoretically
reach as high as 8,000 feet, and move as fast as 60 miles per hour. The company is even negotiating a "multi-million dollar
deal" to supply an as-yet unknown foreign government's civil emergency services. Check out the actual auction in the link
below for kicks.....or if you're really going to pay.
Ghost Rider is one of the most infamous Marvel characters whether you love him or hate him
so when the movie was only average at best, a lot of fans were disappointed. Seeing as how GR is pretty much based off the
idea of revenge, it appears that Sony Pictures wants to avenge what that first horrible movie did to our brains. It seems
that David Goyer (who wrote "Blade" and "Batman Begins") has been brought in to write the script for the sequel.
Nicholas Cage obviously wants to return (the man has had a Ghost Rider tattoo on his arms years before he did the movie),
but we'll see what they do as far as cast wise since they want to reboot this character's franchise.
Voltron Movie Will NOT Be Delayed
Posted September 23 2009
If you don't know, Voltron is a classic anime that had 5 connecting robots that combined into
the ultimate Defender of the Universe.....and yes Power Rangers stole the idea completely. There has been talk about a movie
for some time now, but there were possible legal problems that might push this movie back a while. We now know that World
Events (who was working on doing the movie) had to secretly look for investors since NHO had the origianl, exclusive deal
to the Voltron franchise. Crying here and babbling there, it seems not much is going down as the movie is still on track so
we will definately pass on the release date info as it passes down to us.
Nike Air Max Lebron VII GS Exclusive
Posted September 23 2009
With the upcoming release of the VII, it was only right that Nike release some GS sizes for
the ladies which they've done in the past. Even thought they will release in small sizes which normally doesn't incorporate
technology, these will still include a dope gradient flywire pattern, a full black visible air unit, and of course a black
patent leather toe. Look for these to hit retailers in January of 2010.

30 Days Of Night: Dark Days
Posted September 16 2009
First a Silent Hill sequel and now this, it's looking like a great week for horror fans around
the world. It has been confirmed that Ben Ketai will direct the follow up sequel which is based on a story by both Steve Niles
and Ketai. It looks like Stella Oleson returns as the lead character, but she will be recast (Melissa George played her
in the first film). In the sequel, Stella joins a group of vampire hunters in order to get revenge on the surviving vampires
responsible for the attack on her Alaskan town. Ketai wrote the web series "30 Days of Night: Blood Trails" and "30 Days of
Night: Dust to Dust" (both of which have been playing on FEARnet since the original movie released). The down side is that
since none of the original cast is returning, we might be looking at a straight to DVD/Blu-Ray release. The movie will start
shooting this October in Vancouver, Canada.
Nike Blazer High Vintage
Posted September 16 2009
Nike has already experimented with the vintage look on dunks and blazers and here we see two
more seperate colorways added to the catalog. One White/Navy and the other Wht/Red, but it's the vintage tint that gives each
of them that epic look. Right now both pairs are available at NSW at 21 Mercer, but look for both to be hitting select Nike
accounts very soon.
PlayStation x Nike Air Trainer 1
Posted September 15 2009
Nike and Playstation have collaborated before so this idea is nothing new, but
Nike really out did themselves this time. The new Nike Air Trainer 1 has had a lot of marketing work put into it with signature
athletes and different colorways, but the PS version is here to put the rest to shame.
With only 24 pairs made, these are more limited than the PlayStation Air Force
1s and sorry folks these will not be made available to the public. A Picture in this case really is worth a thousand words
when you break down the intricate details on these bad boys. The constant color changing of the shoe obviously turns heads
while the icy clear under carriage just showcases superb craftsmanship. A big thanks to goes to Steve Mullholand over at Sole
Collector for blessing us with the info and Zac Dubasik for showing off his uncanny photography.
Did I mention that a pair of these might make it's way over to Sole Collector
and sold off for charity? So if you got the cash, keep an eye out and an ear open.
Silent Hill Sequel On The Way
Posted September 15 2009
I personally thought the first movie was very underrated, but maybe because I'm a fan of the
video game series and a flat out horror fan. Either way, writers Roger Avary and Samuel Hadida of Davis Films are back to
write the script for the sequel. Now while Sony has yet to pick up the distributing rights, the script has been given a green
light so shooting of the movie will start next year at the earliest. There's no word on what direction the sequel will go
in or if any of the cast is returning, but these guys are good at what they do and it should be entertaining at the very least.
The pic above had an iron Dorito head-shaped savage ripping a girl's skin off in one swoop!!! Easily one of the best
horror scenes of the last decade period.
Custom Painted PS3 Slim
Posted September 14 2009
Can we say Dunkman Lebron colorwayed PS3s? Just kidding, but we all saw the release of the
Slim and I personally love them. It appears now that Colorware will custom paint yours for $150 if you're located in the US
or you can buy a brand new one from them painted for $450. Even if you don't buy from them, it's still nice to check out the
options. Click the link below to see what's up.
Now we told people months ago not only that Dead Pool was getting his own movie, but that
it would be a "real" DP movie that would be true to the comics. I don't know what that thing was in Wolverine: Origins, but
any true DP comic book fan will tell you that wasn't him. That whole Weapon XI things was horribly off and fans were pissed.
Even though Disney purchased the rights to Marvel Entertainment, we now know that the Dead Pool movie is still on and still
has Ryan Reynolds attached. They're going to need some good writers to correct the situation, but you can count me down for
it.
Star Wars: Death Troopers
Posted August 10 2009
It should be no secret that I'm a huge Star Wars fan, but I'm an even bigger horror fan. Finally
the two have come together, Star Wars and zombies that is. After an Imperial prison barge breaks down, a team is sent to an
abandoned Star Destroyer to salvage whatever they can find, only to return carrying a zombifying disease that leaves the half-dozen
survivors fighting for their lives aboard the isolated, forgotten starship. The novel is scheduled to release in 2010 and
sounds like one of the better recent Star Wars ideas to have surfaced.
